In this episode, we are talking to Taleha Khan, the host of IT se Life Tak. This is a podcast that has emotion, drama, comedy, tragedy, and more. In this interview, we will listen to Taleha as she shares her tips on running an Audio Drama Podcast.
I have always been of the opinion that the usual hybrid format of a Podcast is the easiest of all formats. And every time I listened to some of those podcasts in the story narration format like Indian Noir or, the audio drama format, I knew that this opinion wasn’t wrong.
I was always intrigued by the production quality of these podcasts. The amount of effort that went into creating them with all of those background scores, music bytes, mixing and editing is simply unimaginable.
“IT se life tak” is one such podcast with excellent production quality.
In fact, I have been following Taleha and her works for some time now and she has done an exceptional work with IT se life tak as well.
And who better than her to understand how she managed to churn out such an amazing show.
She gracefully agreed to come on the show and share all of that with us.
IT se Life Tak – Tips to Creating Amazing Audio Dramas
Taleha wears multiple hats. She is a lot of things merged into one.
And I am amazed at the dedication and energy she shows in spite of the fact that there are so many things that she is juggling with.
Hers is an inspirational journey and her TEDx session talks about how the journey and how she achieved her dreams of becoming an RJ.
She is a full time software engineer with over 10 years of experiencce in the industry, she is an RJ at All India Radio, she is a podcast host and coach, a content creator, a content strategist and a TEDx speaker.
She has been featured in multiple publications, has represented the community on multiple forums and has been an inspiration to a lot of budding podcasters.
I seriously wonder where she gets all of the energy and the capacity to do all of these and you will hear her secrets on the episode today.
A couple of days after I recorded this interview, “IT se life tak” was chosen as the first “Voice of Anchor” and deservingly so.
In this episode we chat with Taleha and understand from her, how she created this wonderful podcast and how she managed to do so many things in the 24hrs that she and everybody else has.

A TEDx Speaker , Full time Software Engineer with over 10+ years work experience , RJ at All India Radio, Podcast host & coach, Multi hypenated Content Creator , Content Strategist , Food Walks Leader.
I have done my Executive Management Programme from IIT-Delhi and in 2019 a research paper chapter was published in a book by Mc Graw Hill International.
I have been a Youth Ambassdor for Peace with Universal Peace Federation.
I have also been invited and spoken at many National and International Conferences like WordPress London, Delhi, Malaysia , Kolkata, Girlscript zIndia , AGBA at Thailand etc.
I started podcasting about 10 years ago and people absolutely loved it and got motivated to start podcasting and started to take workshops on Podcasting during the lockdown and so far more than 150+ people started podcasting during the lockdown.
I represented India at the Online Women Entrepreneur Summit on 6th June 2020 talking about online visibility and podcasting.
Kommune featured my podcast as recommended in their newsletter.
On 17th June 2020 The Statesman, featured me as a motivator podcaster and Podcast coach.
On 3rd August 2020, the Agency Reporter had an article on podcasting in which I was featured alongside the who’s who of the Radio & Podcasting industry in India.
And on 3rd Dec,I along with 27 other international authors and course creators released a book on Amazon Worldwide where we share the Power of Why for Course Creators.
This book was #2 in US, #1 in Canada & UK and #4 in India. I share my journey on why I started my course on Podcasting.
I represented India and spoke at Podfest Global in 2021 – An International Podcasting Conference in March where I shared my case study on how i motivate and inspire people in India for podcasting.
Podcasting is a huge passion and addiction to me. On all of my social media I keep posting edutainment content to spread awareness for podcasting and help budding creators with tips and tricks. I am heavily invested into podcast consumption,creation and research .
