This is another grey area where there isn’t a lot of information available.

These are some pressing questions that podcasters usually have.

But something that you might want to keep in mind is that when featuring guest interviews or collaborations, it’s crucial to protect yourself legally.

Obtaining signed release forms from your guests grants you permission to use their voices, stories, and other contributions in your podcast episodes. A guest release form should clearly outline the permissions granted, the purpose of usage, and any specific terms or conditions.
